Food and health conditions behind unexpected penis shrinkage

According to a study published in the Journal of Urology, the average penis size when flaccid is around 8.8 cm or 3.5 inches and erect is around 12.9cm or 5.1 inches.

She added: “This can create difficulty in getting blood flow from one part of the body to the other.

“In fact, this can also affect blood flow getting to the penis.

“Getting Covid-19 makes you a five-times higher risk of getting erectile dysfunction."

Foods said to lower sperm count, testosterone levels and be linked to erectile difficulties include:

  • Soda
  • Deli meats and bacon
  • Soy
  • Sugar
  • Alcohol.

Foods to help improve penis health

  • Watermelon
  • Spinach and other leafy greens
  • Coffee
  • Dark chocolate
  • Salmon
  • Nuts
  • Oranges and blueberries.
